How do I book an appointment?

I will call or message you to book a slot that works for both of us.

What training do you offer?

I offer small grp classes as well as one to one sessions. The focus is on personal attention and customised exercises tailored to your needs, even in the a grp setting. I prefer functional exercises that combine flexibility and movement with strength. No hours on the treadmill I promise.

How do I know which training is right for me?

Leave that to me! With over 15 years experience I got you covered. The information you have given me today, plus what I see when we train together will give what I need to tailor training that is perfect for you.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Absolutely! Just drop me a message via WhatsApp and I do my best to accommodate you. But please try not to cancel at the last moment. 24 hrs notice gives me time to juggle my schedule.
